Subscription Refunds

Qualisync operates primarily on a subscription basis. We offer the following refund options for our subscription services:

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For new subscribers, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days after subscribing, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of any subscription plan and cannot be applied to subscription renewals.

Prorated Refunds

After the 14-day money-back guarantee period has expired, we may offer prorated refunds under certain circumstances:

  • If you have upgraded to a higher-tier subscription plan and wish to downgrade, we will apply the unused portion of your current subscription as credit toward your new plan.

  • If you decide to cancel your annual subscription before the end of your billing cycle, we may, at our discretion, issue a prorated refund for the unused months of service.

No Refunds

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • For monthly subscription plans that are cancelled mid-cycle (the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period)

  • For unused time if you fail to cancel a subscription before it automatically renews

  • If your account has been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service

  • If the request is made more than 30 days after the charge date

One-Time Purchase Refunds

For any one-time purchases of additional features, services, or add-ons, we offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase, provided the purchased item has not been fully utilized or consumed.
